We are an Online Center for Oenological Studies, we started this project with the idea of bringing The World of Wine to anyone in any part of the world in a practical, easy and very dynamic way.

Our sister company Cepage | Wine | School | Sommelier | He has dedicated himself to offering face-to-face courses, conferences, food pairing dinners and others for almost 20 years. In this time we have seen how our students sometimes complicate time, distance and cost.

You can take your course with wines or without wines, the selection we have made can be purchased at almost any wine store or price club and it is not compulsory to buy them, you can see the tastings that are made of each wine and thereby learn the procedure to then put it into practice.

Our focus is placed on the new generations that are increasingly closer to the world of wine and who see as a little snobbery the face-to-face courses and very formal tastings that are often surrounded by exaggerated glamor.

Our Center is located in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. The most important viticultural region in the country. This allows us to transmit our classes in the vineyard, in the vineyards and with the most important characters of Mexican and international wine.

Who's your Teacher ?

Pedro Poncelis Raygoza, Professional Sommelier with 21 years of experience. He has always devoted part of his time to teaching and has taught hundreds of courses and conferences throughout Mexico and other countries. Judge in International Competitions. Articulator in various publications. He has worked in various restaurants in Mexico and the United States. He dedicated himself to commercialization for 9 years and is now fully involved in his own production of wine with the D'Poncelis label.

Nuestro curso esta diseñado para que puedas aplicar lo aprendido al instante. lo hemos dividido en módulos y las clases duran 2.5 horas
