Classes are on Wednesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. during 20 weeks

Who's your master ?

Pedro Poncelis Raygoza, Professional Sommelier with 21 years of experience. He has always devoted part of his time to teaching and has taught hundreds of courses and conferences throughout Mexico and other countries. Judge in International Competitions. Articulator in various publications. He has worked in various restaurants in Mexico and the United States. He dedicated himself to commercialization for 9 years and is now fully involved in his own production of wine with the D'Poncelis label.

If it is of your interest at the end of the course, we can prepare you to take the exam and obtain the Certified Sommelier degree endorsed by The Court of Master Sommeliers and the 1st. WSET level in the United States. (Indispensable English)
